I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is superb, just steps away from the beach and surrounded by friendly staff. However, the rooms were not as good as advertised on the website. The service was top-notch and very accommodating.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Ponta Negra beach, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast was just okay, the overall experience was delightful. The value for money here is superb, making it a great choice for a stay in Natal.
